Boston Parking Meter’s Know When They Fail!

So that's how you know when a Meter doesn't work.

Yesterday while walking in Boston's Chinatown I found an entire street of malfunctioning Parking Meters. To my surprise they didn't say the traditional "Out of Order". They all said "FAIL"! I might be the only one that thinks this is funny, but it sure did add an extra spring in my step!
